About Alecx

Meet Alecx ‘the baker and creative spirit’ behind Alecx Bundt Cakes. What began with her love of baking has grown into a Jacksonville bakery built around creativity, determination and a genuine love for making people happy through cake. Alecx is an adult on the autism spectrum, an artist and a hardworking baker whose dream is becoming a reality with the support of her family and mentor, Chef Christina.
